Shipping policy

Cut to order

Every kit is cut to order on our family farm in Wildomar, California. We don't warehouse pre-made boxes, so please allow up to 5 business days for us to cut, inspect and pack your order before it ships. Large or multi-box orders may take a little longer, and we'll email you if that's the case.

Shipping time

Once your order leaves the farm, delivery usually takes 2-7 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location and the carrier. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Our kits ship flat-pack, which keeps freight costs well below what an assembled box would cost to send.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like a quote, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Damaged or missing items

We pack every order carefully, but shipping damage does happen occasionally. If your kit arrives damaged, or a panel or nail packet is missing, email shubinfarms@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no charge.

Local pickup

Local to Riverside County? Get in touch before ordering and we can usually arrange pickup from the farm and save you the shipping cost.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Larger runs for retailers, clubs and distributors are quoted separately and may have longer lead times. Reach out and we'll put together pricing and a timeline.
